Welcome to the Timmins Family YMCA Child Care Services.

Below please find the required forms to be completed prior to your child’s first day at the child care program.

If your child is not enrolled in the school system, a copy of your child’s immunization record is required before your child attends the program.

Additionally, a $20.00 administration fee and two weeks payment are also required prior to your child’s start date.  All information will remain strictly confidential.  All payments are to be made at the administration office and at no time staff are permitted to take the payment.
