The nature of sport and daily life requires coordinated movement, full body strength, balance and overall enhanced mechanics to reduce the chance of injury and  improve  performance of the human body. Sport conditioning captures the secondary characteristics of fitness balance, agility, coordination, power, speed and reaction It helps child athletes through sport specific strength, flexibility and cardio training to make great strides in their game and confidence.

Winter Session:  Boys & Girls ages 11-14

An after school weight training and conditioning program for young athletes, which includes sport specific equipment and drills.

TIME:                          1:00 pm to 3:00 pm

DAYS:                          Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
                                     July 2, 2008 to August 29, 2008

LOCATION:               Sportsplex

FEE:                             $75.00 (for one month)

                                    $125.00 (for both July and August)
