Before the Puck Drops
It
is time to lace up your runners for a program that will connect you to
your game. Our dryland training program helps players develop explosive
speed, strength and agility and reaction time to dominate the
competition. Our goal is to educate you while assisting you in reaching
your goals. Your success is our success. The program consists of
education in resistance, plyometrics, flexibility, and stability
training to help young hockey players develop new skills and master
existing ones.
TIME: 9:00 am to 12:00 pm
DAYS: Mondays to Fridays July 7th through July 11th (GIRLS Only)

through July 18th (CO–ED) CANCELLED
July 21st
through July 25th (CO–ED) CANCELLED
LOCATION: Sportsplex
FEE: $45.00 (per week per child)
ADDITIONAL EQUIPMENT: Helmet, Gloves and an Old Stick
ALL
PARTICIPANTS NEED THE FOLLOWING: appropriate indoor footwear (sandals
are not acceptable), an old t-shirt that can be used as a team shirt,
water and perhaps a light snack. (Water is available at the water
fountain in the arena.)
